Expert-led, PT- led strength training designed to keep you active, strong and independent. Most memberships are HSA/FSA eligible.

  • Price: 65$

  • Price: Monthly pre-payment plan that at the beginning of each month. Price per session will be 60$ and total price for the month depends on the amount of sessions you plan to attend.

  • We accept health savings accounts or flexible savings account as payments or provide receipts for reimbursements.

Meet Your Trainer - Carmel Ofir

Carmel is a Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Michigan. With a career dedicated to fitness and getting people to be at their best, , Carmel has helped hundreds of clients reclaim their strength and move toward a life of daily confidence. He believes that targeted strength training is the single most effective "medicine" we have for longevity and independence.

"I designed our Carmel Valley small group sessions to provide the perfect balance of expert clinical guidance and a supportive social environment. My goal is to ensure you move safely, get stronger, and actually enjoy the process enough to keep coming back."
